All returns must be approved in advance by calling (512) 637-9588 and speaking with a technical representative. Customers are responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of an Aluminoes error. If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered, or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace or fix it as soon as possible. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered or modified in any way.
Custom or Special Orders
Aluminoes custom or special orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on Aluminoes part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ALUMINOES CUSTOM PRODUCTS.
